What are the ticket types available on Haramain train?

Passengers can book Single Trip Tickets that are valid for a one-way trip per passenger, Return Trip Tickets that are valid for two-way trip per passenger, or Collective/Group Tickets that are valid for two or more passengers per trip.

What is the minimum and maximum number of passengers allowed for group booking?

Group booking requires a minimum of 11 passengers and can accommodate up to 60 passengers per booking.

How far in advance should I make a group booking?

Group bookings must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) prior to the travel date to ensure availability and coordination.

When should passenger information be submitted?

Once the group booking is confirmed and payment is completed, all passenger information must be submitted within 4 days (96 hours). Only passengers with submitted information will have tickets issued. Any passengers without submitted information will not receive tickets, and the paid amount will not be refunded.

Please ensure that all passenger names are submitted exactly as they appear on their Passport, Saudi National ID, GCC ID, or Iqama used during the booking process to avoid any issues with ticket issuance.

Can I make changes to the group booking once it’s confirmed?

How do I pay for a group booking?

All group bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking confirmation. Payment can be made using any accepted method on the booking page, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

We aim to seat group members together, but seating arrangements are subject to availability. Early booking helps secure adjacent seating.
